CD20 Antibody (DA144)
IHC (FFPE)
Description
CD20 is a transmembrane protein in late B-cell precursors and mature B-cells that plays a role in regulating proliferation and differentiation. CD20 expression is lost at the plasma cell stage of differentiation.1 Anti-CD20 (pan B-cell)2 has rarely been detected in T-cell malignancies, and is a dependable marker of B-cell lymphomas3 such as DLBCL.4 CD20 expression is present in some thymomas. — Références — 1.
